The collective leadership and members of Onu Ika Nigeria is set to hold 2017 Ika Ethnic Gathering: Ogwa Ika and 15th Ika Ka Ma Annual lecture series and the presentation of Ika Dictionary come Saturday 19th August 2017. The event is slated to hold at the Odogun Palace Hall, Owa Royal Palace, Owa-Oyibu, Ika North East Local Government Area, Delta State by 10 am prompt.
Dignitaries expected at the event are: His Excellency, Senator, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Governor of Delta State as the Special Guest of Honour, His Royal Majesty, Dr. E. O. Efeizomor II, JP.OON, the Obi of Owa Kingdom as the Royal Father of the Day, Prof. G. G. Darah, Department of English and Literary Studies, Delta State University Abraka as the speaker, on the topic: The Paradox of Nomadic Fulani Herdsmen and Host Communities.
Other dignitaries are Chief presenter of the occasion, Hon. Victor Nwokolo and Ambassador Godson Chiejile as the co-presenter, and others.
